Ricas galletas tipo kuky aptas para alérgicos alimentarios, veganos y diabéticos


- 1 Plátano
- 1/2 Taza de harina de avena - Ver Producto
- 1/4 Alulosa - Ver Producto
- 1/4 Avena en Hojuelas - Ver Producto
- 1/4 cucharadita aceite de coco - Ver Producto
- 1/4 Taza de harina de coco - Ver Producto
- Agua (si es necesario)
- Chips de chocolate al gusto (sobre 60% cacao) - Ver Producto


- Unir ingredientes secos.
- Posteriormente agregar los ingredientes húmedos.
- Revolver hasta que quede una masa manejable.
- Si la masa está muy seca agregar un poco de agua.
- Ya unido realizar boletas y aplastar.
- Agregar chips de cacao (opcional).
- Hornear por 12 minutos en temperatura 17 grados
